XSWIM is a training program that combines the benefits of swimming and water drills with dryland exercises (such as strength, isometrics, plyometrics, balance exercises and flexiblity exercises) into one 40-60 min high intensity workout.
Duration and intensity of workouts optimizes results specifically for surfing.
